high temperature stained towels
The room temperature was too high. The air conditioning did not function correctly. This made sleeping difficult. The towels also had stains on them. I expect higher standards of cleanliness.

Mediocre Stay. Issues with Cleanliness and Service
dirty floor rude staff
The changing room at the pool was not clean. There was dirt and hair all over the floor, it was pretty disgusting. I also had issues with the staff at reception. They seemed rude. Paying a considerable amount for my stay did not seem to warrant basic manners from them, which I found frustrating.

the hotel staff were helpful when i needed directions. the room included two chairs and a desk , made working easy. breakfast had many options including fresh fruit and pastries.
The gym was somewhat small. It lacked some essential equipment for a full workout.

the breakfast selection was really decent. i noticed a nice bean-to-coffee machine that i totally loved, they also served coffee in a pot. the hotel location is amazing, and parking was really ample.
the gym machines don't work. everything needs upgrading, and the touch screens are so dusty and dirty. the weights made my hands black. i felt it was so unhygienic, and it was frustrating.

friendly staff great choice delicious meal
the reception staff was cute and explained the leisure facilities. housekeeping staff was helpful. breakfast offered a fab choice. the evening meal was delicious. its good value for money and a decent portion.
i noticed some peeling paint in several areas.
